  Really sad to do this because I was REFERRED to this company by another company that was too busy to come out for a service call..... I called and setup a service call and was told that white mountain heating and cooling could come Friday but it would be in the afternoon. It's now 5 pm. I called about 4 and got no answer, called back at 457 and got peter.... I asked if he was still coming today and instead of saying - no I'm sorry I couldn't make it AND I was too busy to call.... sorry you were at home all day and I didn't value your time..... he said I can't make it today but I can make it tomorrow.... well since I didn't schedule you to come tomorrow I won't be there.... AND his tone was rude.... like I was imposing on HIM! To top it off I told him I would find another company and he yelled in a sarcastic tone" GOOD LUCK" I then hung up. This is a small community and neglecting to inform OR value people's time doesn't do too well for word of mouth business. Good luck to you Peter.
